Even after working day and night as per their business requirements. Managers provide no support to you. They are just becoming another Byju's who will hire you, make your life difficult and then make you work rigourously. They have normalized a culture of 9am - 6 pm now which was 10 am - 7 pm earlier. You have to report to office at 9 sharp but have no time to leave. You cannot leave office without permission of your TL and Cluster manager. Your data can be pulled out anytime and given AGM'S favourite TL and Counselor. You do work hard on your data but if you are on leave on any day, the TL, AGM and Cluster Manager will pull your data to assign to their favourite people on floor and then they will blame you for not getting sales. Their work policy can change anytime and they will bluntly say on your face to resign if you are not aligned. The TLs only insult you on the name of work if you cannot produce sales. you go to office daily but if you forget to work on the fresh leads by the end of the day they get pulled out. Who is working according to TL only they get good leads.

...ith no festive holidays, having only Sundays off. Each workday is 10 hours long. Additionally, despite putting in these extensive hours, employees do not receive their salary at the end of the month. They’ve been scamming employees for 3 years. It’s normal for them. They hire employees, make them work for 1-2 months, then don’t pay their salaries and start recruiting new employees.

no place for time passers. if anyone think that they will sit and pass time don't apply here. culture is just like byjus because of some middle management persons. difficult for entry level position associates to cope up in this setup and compete with other teams. Senior management would need to think of entry level associate performance evaluations where its in HR, BD Sales, Marketing or any other. HRM Yogita are busy and always try to finding thiings to terminate. she always ask i'm in meeting or any other thing and say sit in lobby I'll catch you up. for everything you need mail and document after that they will address and listen. she don't listen any verbal communication

Salary on time, counseling shortcuts was a good company when ajmera sir handling but now including CHRO VP all the management are strictly on very fast paced work and performance driven environment, no job security
