Nothing to like in this company.

...l not provide anything. This is a clear violation of trust and employee rights. Salary payments are irregular, and employees are often not paid on time. When employees inquire about their salary, they are called into the cabin and subjected to verbal abuse. Furthermore, the company lacks basic facilities for its employee washroom are poorly maintained and the quality of water provide sometimes you find insects in it it is very substandard. Some managers behave unprofessional and despite the complainants the management take no action against them because the bring revenue or sales to the company. The CEO and Chairman themselves shoe a lack of respect toward managers and publicly insult them. They take deep interest in your personal life as well they ask you certain personal questions. Overall, working at Counsel India was a nightmare, and would strongly advise against anyone considering employment there.

ROLE PLAY - The workplace is like park where everybody behave like Romeo and Juliet flirting with each other , JOB SECURITY - 0/0 LEARNING - No leaders , No hierarchy ,where will you learn. MONEY - THEY WILL PAY ON OR AFTER 7 OF EVERY MONTH , AND TRY TO CUT SALARY FROM ANY WAY POSSIBLE. LEAVE - It is a. Challenge from the company HR - NO QUALIFIED HR

Their are 2 DIRECTOR in the company , They are psycologist but they think that they are very good at sales . Some pls show them mirror. They talk about employee first , real thing is they don't care about them. For any of the issues or decisions they just linger on or just push PPL on each other . They are planning to make this company to the next level ,but they don't understand company is formed by good PPL only. This just an LALA WALA OFFICE ENVIRONMENT , copying from othe startups their ideology and working method on sales won't make u good company u have to drive your own .

There are no increment and promotions. They promote their fav employee and they have changed their policy on daily basis. Company owner is totally negative to the vision they just wanted the revenue and they push their employee. As the company is providing mental health to the world but they harrased their employee and creating mental pressure on him/her Lots of employees left their organization for this reason.

In Counsel india, you will get leaves easily, but yes it totally depends upon your you and and the respective managers bond, not so pressure to punch in early and stay much long after office hours, most good thing that company CEO is not so far from you or you can say CEO sir is reachable to you when you required to meet him.

In dislikes: No job security Incentive policy and not smooth disbursal In policy mandatory alternative saturday and sundays are off but when you are on the floor, reality is different. Sometimes, you find that you were working continuously from last 15 days and all your satudays and sundays are skipped.. So for sure, organization is not able to meet the criteria of work life balance set..
