CSIR(Council of Scientific & Industrial Research) is very good organization for the permanent employees not for the contract employees. In this organization custom rule for the contractual employee which is never fever in contractual employee. Contractual employee job has maximum the 5 years in any of the CSIR lab.

Compensation is very low and growth is also not possible here. people come here due to name of organization. Here work pressure is very high. There are not job training. All these words for the contractual employees.

It's depends on your position in CSIR HRDG COMPLEX. If you are a permanent employee some thing bad for you but you are temporary employee everything bad for you. One thing in CSIR is very good. Sat & sun off.

This place is very good for job and my section was very good and there environment and all people are very good for work

That time my salary was not good so that's why I drop that job and CSIR environment was very good for job.

It is a good platform for research scholars who wish to amalgamate with industry.

Research is not funded well enough, students suffer from lack of income and bad work timing and lack of work life balance.

No work ethics, not safer for women, gender biasing.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high. Work culture is not good. The paper work takes longer like government offices. I had to face some personal issues regarding safety which i cannot even report due to power the person is having.
