In drive not mentioned the specific years of experience for 2. Years experience they paying max 6 lack and even 7 years of experience the same. HR doesn't have the clear idea about the harrachy. I have a very bad experience twice. On the first visit they have mentioned that hiring only for 2 years experience you have 7 years and pkg we only offer 6 max, come next time. I went today for the interview last round the hr asking me every possible question regarding the quality analysis and some scenario based questions. In the last she told that again the same thing which they already told me previous interview 2months before. It's really pathetic management which is not justified for employees. There is no value for experience people untill and unless they not get tagged as a team leader but the situation of boo and kpo is going worst and wost ... cognizant many projects got ram down due to that they lay off the people. HR recruiters not given a clear feedback giving any nonsense, unjustified reason. People waiting since morning till evening. In first screening round if they take one on one with candidate it will be easy to us as a candidate the evaluation method after waiting 10 hours you get the same answer every time which is totally unjustified. Kirti HR very insensitive women. Rud behaviour. Playing with the questions, wasting time of candidates if she doesn't want any particular than they have to mention clearly. HR management very poor. Interview procedure very weak. They don't know what they exactly want. When you guys publishing needs to be clear about the pkg experience and the harrachy level.

Senior Management doesn't care as all of them are there in the system from more than 15 years. It's their way or highway. Highly overrated and under skilled management.

Salary Cpc training and reimbursement

Night shifts Micromanagement e.g they keep observing your status at teams during whole probation of 6 months if in case u r missing for 10 15 min they will note that and add that in 60 day review. They provide US training to Cpc certified coders but they could anytime ask you to leave if your accuracy is under 95 percent and quantity of claim per hour is set to be 100. You can't keep your point during probation which is of 6months No transport. Have to relocate to Pune They will keep you at bench after just a week of Performance improvement plan and give u ATL.

...re lucky, you will work under very good manager who takes care of you very well. Salary is On-time and everything is fixed component. Basic is also good. They have a lot of flexible components to bring down your tax liability. Take home salary is very good. Not much of process oriented. Other departments are friendly and will help you in need.

Dislikes

There are some long term people in the company and they feel like kings. They don’t listen to reason and they want things going their way. They feel like they own the company. Higher management turns blind eye on them fearing that they will leave the company. They won’t share any information and they use all kinds of shortcuts to break the process. If it’s not your lucky day, HR may come to you and say that you’re either fired or moved to different company. God knows why. Very unstable company. There are some changes going on in the top level. Hopefully things will change.
