Salary -- Accepted Offer

I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. There is no job security and jab satisfaction. Organisation is good but management not up to the mark lots of problems there like no salary increment and lots of work pressure.
