Everything, their culture is terrible, often you'll experience discrimination on the basis of race language & nationality,,,,any thing horrible you can imagin you'll get here, wanna have a taste of modern slavery try working for them.

I have learning lots, for habbits, culinary knowledge, crew activities. And goods leaders and supervision and fantastic Salary. Etc.

This question I don't spoke,. Some times miss my family, that's all . But Overall excellent.

...on't even care if the Crew gets their breaks on time. They dont follow the laws. They make you work for long hours(13-14) and only pay you for 11 hours and amend the clock-in/clock-out timings.

...with there employees tey provide all the necessary stuff what a employee needs. They even paid the salary even after there was no work to do in ship . COSTA FOR EVER LOVR U COSTA

Took care of the crew during pandemic year, and kept safe. Rest all the facilities and policies are average.

Dislikes

Bias management, food quality for crew is very low, more focused on cost cutting, unplanned joinings for crew, life onboard works more on connections instead of professionalism, nationality bias, promotions for incapable crew.
