I would thanks to grown up my coffee knowledge and company does pay their salary on time, that what I like only.

Dislikes

Company's system, If I talk about upper level people, HR department, pay roll, project, vender, transportation and maintenance department overall worst and the company does not provide their CSA's salary in a sufficient package. So staff is run away most of the time. They hired me as a Café manager but without any training they do not have a training department too. Completely worst experience even I worked their without have an off for two months. Because of lack of salary. I faced it in Devyani international limited franchise outlet. There are lots of things there.

Zero work like balance at Costa Dehradun Airport when I am posted my manager Dhanraj,Atul,and Narandra these 3are the reason I am leave the job these three people whole day sited in one one place and not do any work and also misbehave with staff

Its good for those who have passed 10+2 without any experience, because you will be working like a labour your whole shift under your managers.

Dislikes

No proper training of recipes, arrogant managers and no break time as discussed in interview, you will work 9hours for part time job which is terrible.

There is no anything called management here, do not waste your time and energy, at the time of they make false commitment regarding your salary and designation at the time of interview. Moreover, they mention "PART TIME JOB" on appointment letter for 12-14 hour shift. Its a company of shear politics. There is -100 stars for job security, your resignation Or termination depends on your so called senior's mood. Above all there is nothing called upper management, it is also heard thar local senior managers are hiring staff by charging money from them, and to vacant post firing people for no reason to maintain their income. It's like SCAM.

All good for me, becouse I m working as a Barista but I' ll do everything on my shift, Like taking order, collect payment, coffee making, hot section, could section, All this handling me, that's why I have some help of gain good knowledge ,
