Nothing except job security... Pathetic HR... only Naam mote darshan khote... Very poor Company culture, Middle Management employees gets only work and work, not considered even for Company tours and appraisal. Lower Management and higher management gets all benefit. Managers only get full perks and benefit like Company parties every quarter for any reason, good appraisal and that too for not doing anything, because Company culture is like blinded trust on managers... Not good Company to join for those who are coming from professional background and have professional work approach. Lala employees must join this company as this company is Lala company...

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The culture here is good, and the mindset is not just about production. It also considers the well-being of employees, both good and bad.

Director of company is good, calm and polite,he always support to team, company culture is good,all staffs and technians behaviour is good they help each other every time.HR team also supporting.

Colleagues are good and supportive. They are help you to solve every problems. If you are fresher then you can try for 1.5 years or 2 years not more then that because you will get average growth compare to other organisations.

Work culture is worst. So much politics. Middle management always control your growth as per they feel. No one see what you had done for a project or something. Just get Rs.3500 as a appraisal for every person. Please take care of notice period terms and other terms. Always ready the documents carefully and then sign. In a specific Design department. Culture is not good. If you want to learn sheetmetal fabrication then good news it is for you. For further growth in future you have to switch the company and find real design job. Here are just everyone just a 3D draftsman. If you want this kind of job then it's made for you otherwise find specific Design engineer job. Please be careful...! For freshers it's good you can try for 1.5 year. At least try to get 28 to 35 take home for 1 years of experience. Here are everyone underpay in design team. Thank you so much now I have to go for other opportunities.
