I liked the company as I had the freedom due to non - interference in my work/project and was given flexibility to work for me. Flexibility of work from home is limited based on projects you work for. Good company for juniors as they can learn. Anyone with good intent, urge to explore / learn themselves is rightly appreciated & rewarded by the mgmt. Owner of the company, Sr Management are approachable and were quite good for me !! Others I can't comment.

Dislikes

Lack of Training a big negative. Management must have trained the right people by giving some right path identifying the value of employee based on various parameters. Personally, i felt, protection of near n dear ones at cost of others was bad. Politics happens, but it's natural. Investment for years in one of the Product, which has bled the finances is bad, must change the strategy !!

It was great experience working at cosmonet solutions. You get a chance to work on cutting edge technologies. Supportive team mates and Management. Higher management is personally looking into the things going on at lower level . I have seen deliver head working with end developer to accomplish the deliverable. Great appraisals as per your productivity.

There were few team members who were spoiling the environment but they are not working with cosmonet anymore
