Work Culture is good as we don't have any such strong working environment. Company policy is very simple and for employees' benefit in a way that company is also not affected.

Running Salary between 7 to 10. It should be before the 5th of every month.

Umm... The company never pressurizes any employee after working hours. If you are doing well then you are safe in the company. Colleagues are very friendly. I have learned and still learning lots of things. The management of the company is very good. The biggest thing is Company gives great hike to the employees.

Need lots of improvements in the HR department.

Working with cosmonaut family is such a great honour as you get good friends and a supportive team and also the company is growing like crazy and improving in every aspects adding on many facilities and perks. Also, the career growth is very quick as you get an appraisal by your performance and you can earn the incentives as much as you want.

We get opportunity to learn new technologies to upgrade our skills and there is no pressure to learn new technologies. Working lifecycle is very good and team is having a helping nature we help each other in our works.
