I worked in a software agency before and there was no learning but at Cosmofeed, I learned so much in first 4 months that I never learned in last 2 years. First all have to test products and then production work is given. But this is a relly good opportunity to learn about product and then also make it. Recently my product got used by so many users and they appreciate me in front of the team. my best feeling till date.

Sometimes struggle to solve complex coding problems. Non-performers are not tolerated. Only perfect work expectations.

1. 6 days working - all days from office. No flexibility with work from home. 2. Work culture is very toxic. They micromanage employees and fire them anytime they like. 3. There is no transparency or unity within the company. It seems like people are working for no cause. 4. Favouritism exists! They only care about the departments or people they like. 5. Attrition rate is very high. People leave every week. Most of the people I know there wants to leave the company. 6. No words on leadership. Company's culture is defined by them so I think you get the point!

Cosmofeed is a startup which is running with a small team. The range of tasks and learning provided to employees is very good. The company is good at listening to feedback from employees and customers. Our suggestions for improvements and fixes are taken into consideration.
