From learning perspective it is a good company. You will get a very good exposure if you show interest and fulfill the expectations of the management

Even after working hard, your efforts were never recognised in monetary terms. You will only get more work and no reward, promotion, salary hike etc.. The top management is busy in making the money for themselves and least bothered about the business and the growth of the employees. Management is just busy in pleasing the promoters so that they can earn more and more money.

...stration very rudely. If any query to HR related no proper response from them. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

It's a dream to work in Cosmo Film it's a complete package people are very good and helpful and our CEO is one of the best in today's world if given a chance will work again

first they will offer you 1 month of leave and when you start your job they will make it worst to take any single leave...rood people hail victory and adjusting people will be get surely killed....
