Learning, training. It is a single proprietor company with expertise in only testing. However the company tries to win orders on other fronts like development,product assessment, waste recovery, consultation etc in which it has limited or no experience. They look for easy money which is hard to come. They have a few examples of such clients who have fallen for the big promises however the cleints never come back once they find out the truth. So it's not a straight game. It's is more of a mind game at which the company is good.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

They do not treat their employees well. They will.not pay as promised. Any thing they say make a written record of it when join.
