Honestly speaking there is nothing good about this place what can i say? If you have any compulsion then work, Otherwise there is no need to work here.

I mean everything this was my 3rd organisation and never imagine i ever said something like this for any organisation but this time i has to pathetic workplace ever. My experience with CB has been disappointing the management is often imposes undue pressure and the company lack basic ethical standards and professionalism there is no cohesive team or positive work culture and my contribution is rarely acknowledged leading to consistent demoralisations. Time management is poor and there is no respect for work life balance.
