... people working there about to felt hell to working with these kind of employer.the employees failed to paid there emi, rent because of there is no fix salary date, i'm just thinking how this kind of owner is, he is in limelight but the employees are in shadow, they are fighting to survive about to delay the salary, even though the work culture are worst but the employees doing there job and earned to this selfish owner.hope a day the owner felt the feeling what's the employees going through.#the cruel owner#rhe millionaire#employees problem.

Extremely disappointing Experience The company failed to fulfill the promises made during the hiring process, such as transport services, which were never provided despite clear agreements. The management is disorganised, lacks transparency, and employee concerns are ignored. Shockingly, even the Associate Vice President advised me to leave the company. This level of unprofessionalism made the experience unbearable. Would not recommend this workplace to anyone.

There is nothing to like working in this wrost working culture.

Salary is never on time and it is delayed upto 10 days without any prior or post information from HR, the work culture is wrost I’ve seen in my entire working experience, the working at office are boring and the owner never take a chance to visit office and give some time to the employees and enjoy the weekend to make people happy.

The company was a disaster. No work life balance! Working for 14-16 hours and no appreciation from any one. So called manager - Amit Raghave was the worst manager I have dealt with. I hope he gets some brain and quits his job so that the teams can cordial do his work amiably. God bless who are still working in CIPL.
