...rsonal lifestyle Imaginary though about you and started Gossiping with that . Extra pay some employees for what you do or not in your life ...what's going on in your life etc. Most importantly there have no respect of your qualifications...most of the staffs are 8 to 12th pass ...they are not engineers ...but they say all that they only hire from IIT or jadavpur. That's all.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has good client base. Growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Also, there is no on-jon training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

This company deal with good work it checks building stability and also design. It's management is not good . It is about delhi office specially and they did not provide advance amount for travelling, food and accommodation.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
