Extra pay some employees for what you do or not in your life ...what's going on in your life etc. Most importantly there have no respect of your qualifications...most of the staffs are 8 to 12th pass ...they are not engineers ...but they say all that they only hire from IIT or jadavpur. That's all.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has good client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues came from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Also, there is no on-jon training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

This company deal with good work it checks building stability and also design. It's management is not good . It is about delhi office specially and they did not provide advance amount for travelling, food and accommodation.
