The Company does not pay fair remuneration to it's staff, the managers do not feel like communicating recruitment structures to the TLs, there is a bias with regards to the Salary paid to expereince staff and new joiners

The only thing which I feel needs some attention is compensation. The pay scale is not competitive for the industry, and many employees feel undervalued for the work we put in. While I truely appreciate the overall aspects of the company like the team dynamics and great work life balance and environment, I think the overall financial compensation structure needs significant improvement, otherwise it's a great place to work.
