Salary will never be paid on time, there is no idea about leaves, there will be a lot of pressure on the work, there are no rules and regulations, there is no assurance of departmental work

This company standards is not suitable for any employees. Because of this company is made interlocking employees salary with clint bill, ( if clint bill will be credited to company account then only corrtech give salary to employees.)
And accommodation & food benifits is cheaper than the pvt Ltd companies.
Corrtech doesn't provide any employee benifits & leaves & time management skills.
1. Salary delay, paid once after 4-5months
2. No additional benifit apart from Salary
3. Poor management/Lala Type company
4. Huge market liabilities and stakeholders/Vendors will behind you for their outstanding payment.
My advice to the smart professionals not to choose this company for better career growth. They will spoil your career.
1. Salary is always delayed (usually after 15th of the month) and management is very much ok with it and putting no efforts to make it better
2. MD and his son usually abuse people
3. Working culture is pathetic
4. Hire people with higher experience and ask them to work like GETs.
5. Management's vision is unclear
