Nothing to dislike about just only one thing i.e as we are indian and working in india but not getting any bonus in dushehra or in diwali.otherwise you can get every facility and a fully familiar environment to work

Freedom to work but within a specified limit, work life balance is good

no clear vision on business expansion, very less personal motivation, no plans of any training to improve the system, systemization is very difficult, interests of some people are treated more valuable than overall development of the company, business run through projects rather than strict sales targets so very less opportunity for overall development, no budget for marketing or business expansion, no separate strategy for India and treated same as of other countries, job security of middle and junior management entirely depends on top management perspective, no formal recruitment or induction process.
