Managers from chennai are too bad..... frustrating peoples and always shouting....even if you planned leave one month ago they will frustrate you and saying it will be LOP and not approving leaves... Partiality is on peak 👍

Office is at prime location. The salary is amongst the highest in industry standards. Renowned company, so job security is good. Opportunity to learn is abundant.

Dislikes

HR is the worst. Work life balance is miserable. It's better if you forget you have a life, work is your life. Incentive plans and leave plans are poor and unattractive. Too much pressure on employees in the lower level of the hierarchical pyramid.

Giving very much Salary and incentives to thier employees,monthly salary credit was awesome. Not paying late salaires,that is fantastic

Pushing the employess to work at weekends., eventhough they are giving much more incentives in weekend workings

Imbalance created by Management (Fresher salary increased 200times in second revision of 2021 where NO INFORMATION OR NO 2nd Revision for Tenure Employees) which leads to no proper respect for Senior Coders or Quality Analyst. FRESHER SALARY = TENURE EMPLOYEE SALARY

1. Unskilled and lazy HR (all are products of correspondence, part time and bogus MBA colleges) 2. Lack of leadership quality in top Management, 3. No proper training to the user, 4. Work Atmosphere, 5. unrecognising true talents, 6. favoritsm by supervisor, 7. promotion based on how well you're connected with your reporting manager. 8. MBA HR reporting to the positions where graduation is not required. 9. Top management running a parallel company. 10. Middle management taking projects with them to other companies. 11. Company doesn't have potential leaders.
