The only good thing is, you get your salary on time.

Worst experience in my 5years of career. No job security. No proper management. They change policies according to their wish. Lot of communication barrier. No stability in any project. They hire for something else and make to work for something else, then pressurize for not maintaining quality. Giving excuses they force employees to quit the job. Now i am sitting jobless just because of this. Biggest mistake i did joining in this company.

I liked their working environment. And staffs are too friendly. Along with salary they giving lot of incentives. This place is nice for good performer. Also they giving 2 mnths of training before entering into production. That is very much useful in production also they providing certification that's too good

Dislikes

There is some partiality. They didn't rectify our issue. And from my side working hours is a big problem they didn't let us to leave if we not complete the target.

...ighly compliant company. Employees are expected to follow the company standards. Monetary benifits (incentives, retention bonus, etc..) are more attractive here.

Even in COVID lockdown, we got our salary on time without any paycuts, appraisals went as per the schedule without any excuses. Incentives are paid for extra efforts we made. Complete WFH provided. No lay offs or pay cuts happened. Job security is there. Happy to have a job with this company

Monday to Saturday is working. So finds difficult to manage work and life.

... you are good scorer on that exam company will eliminate you without any reason. (Note: During the Training period they will not provide any salary instead of that we need to expanses for everything company will never take any responsibilities for the employee & also you are not supposed to take leave @ any cost even you have severe health issues you need to go for company). Simply they are just playing with the Employee's dream mentality & breaking their confidences. As a friend I'm just saying one thing please don't trust Corrohealth company.
