1-They told salary date is 5 and we are getting it on 20th of month 2-If you will call the HR(She is on wfh now) will shout and no response will get from juniors 3-They will cut money if you will be 5 min late 4-The HR manger will shout by calling you,if even you are on leave for medical reason and inform them a bit late 5-The Hr department and the manger are good for nothing and you will never get the solution from them 6-If they will commit you anything like increment,bonous on the meanwhile they will deny and the HR will blame the junior HRs on which emplyee got nothing 7-You woll not even have leaves on Durga Puja 8-All the good reviews are given by the HRs only

...orate ranking!! Dislikes - - HR are just robots, they won't do anything for you. - Salary has a bad policy . You'll be getting whole November salary in December 20(what a ridiculous policy). I've worked there for 10 days and worked upto the mark , they didn't provide me salary! - Leave policy - you can only take 2 CLs in 4 months of provision, after that you'll get 1 CL per month. And you have to inform prior 7 days that you're going to take a leave on a certain date otherwise they'll charge LOP. EL is once in 6 months , but you can only take an EL for you or your parents medical health. And if you don't have a doc they'll charge 1 lop, if you don't have EL or doc they'll Charge 2 lop in a single day !! Wht a policy?! - 10 hours of working, you're not allowed to go out, you can not eat snacks in the working hours, can't even see phone and only 30 mins is a break (strict rules) - they'll threaten you that if you use phone we'll terminate you, you can't even eat anything while working. - if you talk anything, make sure that you're visible in cameras, and they always listen your chats , wht a company man!!! You'll get a call after that, why did you say these things we heard you from the camera nd all!! - Main thing, there's no work of data analyst, it's a scam !!! You have to harvest data from 10000-15000 per day and that's it , it's a data entry work!! .. - you'll be working in an office, which is so unstructured, you won't see proper washroom, taps not running well, wifi not running well , HRs only tell you what not to do that's it !! Where you may have to work for 10 hours instead of 9.5 hours. Saturday is no leave (even if it's mentioned in indeed) - Data analyst aspirants, don't ruin your time, energy here because these work will never help you in the future, it's a data entry work!! - very strict rules !!! Don't comply!! You'll regret after you join this company as a data analyst!!. - no offer letter is given , only after working 10 days you'll get an offer letter !! - According to company reach , they have a very tough policy, but a very poor management!! - even my HR didn't know , wht a data analyst do in this company, they'll tell you it's 50% data analyst 50% lead generation. But it's completely data entry operator work !! Don't join this company, my honest review!! #corporateranking

I would definitely recommend this job to anyone looking for positive work experience. Everyone is supportive and there is a sense of belonging. They make sure everyone feels included and respected.

They do not keep there promise. Not giving my experience letter and salary. I have worked there for 8 months but when I was on notice period they did not have me my last salary. As it was mentioned on the email that you will get the salary.

...d me like anything and the rest management staff was having fun without popcorn. I ended up with no clearance and they hold my 1 month salary as well.the politics on the top base on your skin color and how glamours you look. They have old staff who use abusive slag language towards employees and management is okay with that. This place is toxic,horrible and waste of your time.After this review will be public there will be 5-6 great review singing the glory of corporate Ranking 😆🤣🤣🤣🤣.Don't waste your time reading those trap. Stay away from Corporate Ranking. Be safe
