The only good thing about this company is that they give chance to the freshers.

Everything. Toxic work culture. Partiality. They treat employee as their labor. Salary always delayed for 15 days. They only give priorities to higher profiles. If someone is 10mins late/ due to some emergency someone wants go before 20 min of working hours their salary will be deducted and considered the day as half day. You need to provide proof for your EL. Termination threatning for silly things. Even you work for 2 year and wants to leave on a short notice period. They will not provide any certificate. they will not let you work at peace neither they let you leave that place on peace.. theres many more to say. Its more like a hell. 1-They told salary date is 5 and we are getting it on 20th of month 2-If you will call the HR(She is on wfh now) will shout and no response will get from juniors 3-They will cut money if you will be 5 min late 4-The HR manger will shout by calling you,if even you are on leave for medica l reason and inform them a bit late 5-The Hr department and the manger are good for nothing and you will never get the solution from them 6-If they will commit you anything like increment,bonous on the meanwhile they will deny and the HR will blame the junior HRs on which emplyee got nothing 7-You woll not even have leaves on Durga Puja 8-All the good reviews are given by the HRs only...Read More

There is not a good environment for learning. Behaviour of thier staffs is not satisfying. At last I wanna say that they created salary problem. I got my salary on 25th of a month. And after resigned you will not get rest of the salary of your working days.
