...anical maintenance people. Please avoid it for your health and peace of mind. Those who joined newly they will get least salary increments 2.5℅ only they give. Daily work hours up to 12 hours Saturday is half day, but boss not let us to take. I suggest that it is worst place to work for mechanical maintenance guy. You can enquiry. If you want, if you join in this location you will be regretted definitely.

... vast infrastructure of the company to improve his/her skills. Food is great. Leaves are decent and pay is good.

There is no over time benefit for managers and other higher staff.

...anagement is transperent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for cilling. Company policies are good, appraisals ate fair and they give good salary also

1- Good salary , increment and promotion only belongs to bengali and south indian people 2- HR doesn't care about the salary and well being of person , they just want to hire you on zero cost 3-any time you will be retrenched or transferred 4- all good things will happen to you if you are having top management help , you will get only when you are bengali or south indian person
