The company is very good with good working atmosphere ang and good culture.Though the company is international based which produces a long range of knowledge, experience with good pay scale.COROMANDEl is helping farmers indirectly and directly by it quality fertilisers and good suscidy to poor farmers.so we all together working for people by serving best in the present market.

Working atmosphere & culture is good.Teammates are supportive & management are transparent.company facility like canteen,transportaion facility are good , appraisal are fair , salary hike,bonus every year are good.

2 years bond is not suitable for new joining.salary is good , carrier growth slow for lower level.

...out giving any benefits to me. All the higher grade employee are culture less. Salary are too poor in this company Departments are faith less. Management says work safe, but without giving any safety tools Really they have realize soon what the mistake they have done. How shame coromandel is... They Taken as shift technician but without regularized. They are forced for resignation... Finallany I'm went out for 3.9 as a trainee shame coromandel.

1.salary increments are very less need to work more and stretch more But no timely and good increments.. 2.Rules and practices are different if they likes n knows u well then u r well treated if not actual rules and games comes to role.... 3.well education on work is not enough well education on caste and politics is most important...
