1.salary increments are very less need to work more and stretch more But no timely and good increments.. 2.Rules and practices are different if they likes n knows u well then u r well treated if not actual rules and games comes to role.... 3.well education on work is not enough well education on caste and politics is most important...

...anagement is transperent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for cilling. Company policies are good, appraisals ate fair and they give good salary also

...out giving any benefits to me. All the higher grade employee are culture less. Salary are too poor in this company Departments are faith less. Management says work safe, but without giving any safety tools Really they have realize soon what the mistake they have done. How shame coromandel is... They Taken as shift technician but without regularized. They are forced for resignation... Finallany I'm went out for 3.9 as a trainee shame coromandel.
