Growth is slow & work pressure is very high. I was worked 12-16 hours straighto in a day to HNI Client callside in morning & Evening and sometimes late into the night

...re. But The Higher Authority people are non Supportive there is no transparency. Company policies are very Good, but the appraisal are not that much fair and There is no good Salary hike, less Bonus...
