This is a balanced organization. There is good work life balance and good compensation. Not much of unwanted pressure. Do your job, deliver the results and keep moving. I like this company just for their simplicity.

I don't dislike anything specific. May be as a suggestion I can say that the organisation could move a little faster in adopting new technologies.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Hike in salary and bonus, increment, promotion etc. Will be not taken seriously

1.salary increments are very less need to work more and stretch more But no timely and good increments.. 2.Rules and practices are different if they likes n knows u well then u r well treated if not actual rules and games comes to role.... 3.well education on work is not enough well education on caste and politics is most important...
