...fice before 10am... this is not day one or day case.... its daily routine..... Third Salary of employees never comes on time....it will delay 2 or three months..... Forth Forget your full and final if you leave company..... I am waiting since Feb 2018... No revert on Call, Emails, HR blocked number.. Fifth Company do not pay govt dues on time....its caused your ITR can be delayed of you have to deposit the tax.... GST fortget he never pays.... all company accounts has been freezed..... Sixth Coromandel is working on cash basis... Fifth Company Financial is very poor... he has invested his money somewhere else.. Owner of CAPL can be another Mallya...

Nothing to like about company and management of company.

Only spoons can alive here. No working environment nothing to learn. Management is making fool to boss. About increment and promotions, "Andhey baantey rewari mud mud apno ko de. " Company not paid full and final after two three years ago about all employees fired.

When I jointed this was having its HO in Kailash Colony New Delhi-65 and having good professional approach. There was a friendly environment which was good for employer and employees.

Dislikes

Now professional approach changed in personal approach. Friendly environment changed in leg pulling due to bad management decision. Secondly Company has shifted its H O at Sohana Road Gurgaon. Company should intimate employees before a sufficient time, now there is 3 hours one side travelling time is pinching the staff.
