...ou cannot take even one day leave. If you take any leaves it is marked as LOP 2. Salary will not be credited in time and if you are not meeting your targets, your salary will be deducted. 3. If you apply for leaves during month end 2 days LOP for 1 day leave. 4. In total, If you want to work as an intern. Well and good. But if you are looking for a long run definitely not worthy.

1- No Proper Salary Payment 2- Working Beyond work hours 3- Junk Leads are given to the employees for approaching the students 4- Not worth paying thousands of rupees for a outdated syllabus 5- They are promising students regarding stiphend for Internship but when it comes to paying the stiphend to students, the company won't pay the Internship stiphend 6- Work Ethics are like fraudsters 7- Keep on changing the employees and terminating them for company's benefit 8- There is No Employee Recognition 9- No Employee Benefits like PF, ESI, Insurance and Bonuses 10- Human Resource Executives are Irresponsible Here

The management is terrible, and there's no appreciation or proper salary. it's disheartening to have false hopes in such a situation. They only give you false hope and make us work for extended hours without receiving salary. My LinkedIn account is no longer functioning, It's permanently blocked because of their work. I am not able to get a job as linkedin is crucial for job searches. The fact is they are involved in scamming employees and students.

...ave to complete a target of 80k after the probation period you will 120k target. talking about the salary probation period 15k they say but they do not give an actual salary of around 8k or 10k only those who get a complete salary of 15k are those who complete the target 80k.

you get a cup of tea for a whole day. initially, they give junk leads say complete the target. also say you have to generate own lead by himself. timing of leave is 8 PM but they leave after 8:30 PM.

1- there is no fixed salary they will say 33k as offer but they will not pay you as mentioned .they will pay according to your sales many of people left because of this one of our colleague received 5 k some received 9k 15 k according to that 2- they will stop you in the office after completing office hrs 3- there is no mental peace a person gets demotivated over here
