Great work culture. Promotions are very frequent so you will grow in your career very fast. I have seen that some peoples are spreading negativity and that is because they just want to relax and don't want to work. It's very simple if you are joining in a fast paced company then you have to work smartly and along with that you will paid better. Last month I got 76000/- salary and my base pay is 33000 only. This company is Edtech and offer courses and internship and take money but no courses and internship are provided to customers doing scam on a large scale Total fraud company all the staff is fraud

No work life balance we as an employee use to be in office for 12 hrs a day , not a single holiday we use to get . Even labours working in the construction company earn more than corizo employee.

I've been working here for the last 8 months and not even a single student has reached me out saying any negatives about the company. I used to see all these negative reviews and thats the only thing which gets caught in the eyes by everyone right? People like to spread the negatives than the positives they actually see. Well that is your mindset. If you don't know about something unless you experience it, you better not say a opinion about anything. I started here as a fresher and in 8 months my CTC was increased to 7LPA. SO it's all about your determination and your passion about your work. Even management team reach to us and help us whenever we need. I don't think so that this type of culture is followed by any company. Even we do farm house parties and many more things but I don't know why some people start defaming the company even they realize that there is no another Corizo who is taking care of their employee like this.
