...r work. There are regular events in the office to keep the jovial spirit going. Salary is on time. Your interpersonal skills need to be good to be here though.

Upper management prefers people who come to the office, which may be a pro or con as per your preference. I am ok with going to the office in a hybrid manner. Technology is limited to the Azure Ecosystem as data privacy is a big paranoia here. These are really insignificant cons given the pros. Love this company.

For me I had a very supporting maneger at US. But the staffs at India are always demotivate the people and most senior people are happy in downgrade others work.

The work place in Bangalore is not employee friendly as there is no canteen and other facilities.
