there is nothing to like about. Worst Company ever.

...their dirty politics All Qc is wanted to save their jobs while firing others. 2.very less salary and your quality are poor then salary deduction is there. 3.you never get a chance to promote because u already got fired. 5.today you have job if u good to Qc u need to do to make Qc happy. 6.no Saturday off sometime u have to logged in Sundays also if load is there. One task u have to repeat again and again. 7.there is no work satisfaction and every time u revolve around companies' dirty politics.

Below average company not paying salary on time hectic work and if you work at coreflex your experience will not be considered

There is nothing to be liked about coreflex no culture below average management we never got paid on time salary always delayed by 6-7 days I hope you consider any other workplace than coreflex

As a fresher, you will learn a lot in Coreflex solutions.

Dislikes

Coreflex doesn't have a proper culture and work-life balance. They don't respect juniors. Because of a lot of work, you may log off at 1 / 2 am

Its good for people who belongs to Manager's own community.

Dislikes

No HR process defined. Pune branch head prefer to keep people belongs to his community. don't follow any law. only 1% of basic is added as employer contribution to epf. Even don't provide the experience letter or service certificate during exit.

Its a very good workimg place as i have exp of that and their are great team members and good management,very beneficial company for personnel and other growths..

Sometimes its can happens but not much as i see their are very good administrators
