Work life balance is not good, strict timing, salary cut on small mistakes. Don't join this company all five star review are fake. They Taurcher you when you resign by giving you more work and make you work long haurs. Specifically DotNet team. Manager named as RajKishor Rawat he is doing micro management. He don't know anything about programming and coding but still become a manager don't know how. He is very negative person and creates bad environment by poking you on every minute. If you go early, come little late, take emergency leave what not he will cut your salary. I know many colleagues who are suffering here and trying their best to switch to other organization. This company is just hire and fire company using old technology, no future and skill development.
Some politics are there for old employee and some unprofessional employee are there and issue in HR policy as well.

Dislikes
No work life balance. Daily works forcefully due to pressure upto 12 hours.Management very bad.Manager is very bad of every department especially testing.Takes personal revenge.Very bad politics.Dont have humanity.No technical growth.Only Slave behaviour. Due To some people environment is very bad.No motivation provided.
Only Salary compensation and benefits are good as per my knowledge like govt job. As many employees are stabled in the organization since Company established. Hope you understand the hidden part.
It all depends on the manager and lead, they always asking and forcing to extend working hours and working on Saturday and Sunday unnecessarily, treats like school, micro management, and HR never listens as they are not worthy to discuss the problems with,
