-terrible work culture -constant overtime -disrespectful behavior from senior management -inept management -zero work-life balance -internal politics -you're expected to be available 24/7 -they will call you on your cell phone after work (even after midnight) for work related issues - no appreciation -favoritism towards yes-men -you're expected to be part of the "culture" even if you don't indulge.
