- Management issues and no proper criteria of anything, everything is verbally said and when you get back to them they will flip back and deny immediately. - Schooling behavior and forces to change sitting locations everytime. - You will be under surveillance with audio and video recording and be tortured if you just talk for a minute to the colleagues. - very rude and abusive behaviour with developers/tester specifically. - Basic necessities failure like water and washroom. - Low grade systms provided to developers which always hangs. - Doesn't provide leaves and force to work on sat/sun. - Huge pressure on work for developers they ask to submit project within 4-5 days. - Lot of time testers are asked to go to the multiple location for presentation.
