stupid rules , bad politics they have almost deducted my 50000 from a salary within 8 months, as my salary is only 27k, they have bad rules of late coming & late sitting, on late coming after 1 hr. half day salary gets deducted but same way u have to sit and complete your 8.5 hrs. once you are late but they will not give OT but end of the day it will be considered half day only. this is applicable only for new employees ,, rules are not same for everyone, old employees or those who have come through reference will enjoy pf ,bonus, late coming , OT benefits & rest employees are fool, they dont even enjoy leave benefits as this company doesn't have any leave system, if you take leave directly it will be deducted from your salary. if someone wants to try in this company , try with their own risk. you people will come to know truth soon.

Work culture is pathetic....late sitting everyday.... sunday also working.....the boss there...named Kamal bhansali is a very abusive person.....uses abusive language with his employees....very unprofessional.... promised a particular package....and later denied..... deductes salary for each and every thing...I my whole career I have not worked in such a bad organisation..worst experience...he didn't pay my last salary also....where an employer does not respect his employees....such organisations never grow
