Work involves working with diverse teams and ensuring everyone attains the team objective. The seniors and management heads are very supportive and willing to offer guidance and mentorship, which opens a path for employee development. They also organise a lot of employee engagement activities which further enhances team building. Core facilities also ensures a great work life balance with weekends off!
