I've great support from my managers. they're always willing to lend a hand and offer guidance when I need it. Challenging and Rewarding work:B2B sales can be tough ,due to the nature of specific business, but it's never boring! I'm constantly learning and growing, and there's always something new to tackle.

Overtime Compensation: working at remote sites often means putting in extra hours, and it would be great to see some compensation for that extra time.

... very bad & no job sequrity. After joining pressurized to employees sign a bond. If you not sign that bond than your salary was go on hold. This is a core culture.
