1.Office politics 2.Max 3-4 seniors who we have to listen 3.Sometimes hold salary and cut ta/da expenses 4.Ta/da is less than other publication companies. 5. Company Gives value only to Old employees, managers and seniors . 6. No respect for new employees. 7. No job security for new comers.

Cordova digital support is OK.

Cordova is a Froud company. They are not giving on time salary and not give TA. There are much tarcharing. There applying Vedio call and sendlocation at every after call.and immediately report. And work till late night.there is zero %increase salary. As if you are giving 80 to 100% growth. After given resign there hold all one year TA/DA. After completing period. They single Rs not giving. My around 1Lack. Not given. So this company is bad company.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

... didn't fiend any thing so that I can suggest any one to work with this company. they really exploit their employees, hold their salary of more then 3 month T.A., D.A.s are always pending for more then 3-4 months, finally all the big names (senior employee) are left from their like Mr. Surendar Singh, Mr. Nimesh Thakur, Mr. Suresh Joshi and their is a huge list of people including Me as well

The company really do not deduct any thing in the name of PF even after asking in HR, the Politics in the Co. is Very bad satisfying the ego of just senior is really important it doesn't matter how best you are trying to give in the company
