Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The company is production and manufacturing industry,we are highly productive everyday,have a lot of experience i learned.I motivate all machine operator for their for daily activity production report.I'm happily to work daily with my colleagues and i developed my concept of work and sharpened my organizational skill,attention to detail and my ability to work with speed and accuracy.

The said company is Industrial,i have 30% on paper works & 70% forklift operation for loading and unloading of deliveries is very high pressure of work but compensation is decent.I have a lot of suggestion how to improve or more productivity but the production in-charge did not value my idea,i felt pain sometimes co'z they don't want to be a productive.
