I actually liked working in the Recovery Department... It felt as if it was the correct job for me..and I never got bored of the work... As it is based completely on communication which is one of my strengths

Dislikes

The pay is low according to the type of work we did, appraisal are also very rare, less room for innovation, there was no growth in the job, work environment was good and yes it did maintain a quite proper balance between work and life

...is very good. Employee policies are excellent. Sense of security is very strong. Salary is always disbursed on time. Incentive policies are also very excellent.

Right people qith quality are not promoted whereas inconpetent people are given promotion biased way

Job security was there. Even if you are not meeting the target every month you'll get opportunities.

Dislikes

...on Sundays even. You have to be available on phone even after the working hours. Salary is not at all satisfactory
