Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Coral coil is good platform for all the new persons(engineer,technician) Good Work culture Company development wise Management good. Teammates are supportive and encouraging. Management give space to independent decision making of every one for company work wise.

Management doesn't address our issues. Salary wise not good..individual person knowledge will improve but salary will not improve..
