Salary is way too less for freshers. I have been working for 2+ years now and salary is still not upto the mark. No job satisfaction. I have stretched my working hours alot daily infact but still the salary I get is way too less.

The head of Belapur branch is very unprofessional and does not respect his employees. Bad experience. Would not recommend this place. May be the head office and other branches are good.

The head of the company, team leader, no motivation, no appreciation and job security. very bad work culture.

No feedback regarding joining. They called me for interview and told tht give us some time. After two days I called for update but no proper response from Hr Rushin Shah. Hopeless company ever. They don't even communicate properly. Not recommended company ever.

I love the fact that i am a part of Coppergate Administration. I have learned to how to manage your self on the position with a 100% accuracy of work, how to manage your busy schedule in timeframe. Another plus point is that my colls cone from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
