Best work environment and there employee are supporting us for learning. Team members are so friendly and helpful. Office area and canteen and others labs are open to provide what u want. Company policies are good and fair.

...like right now. And I'm not facing any serious issues about management or staff. Salary is low for GET. And 1 year service.

#I worked in two teams and both teams won 5S+1S championship 3 times because of hard work and dedication. I proud to became a part of that teams. #Emerson's employees have good job security. I worked as GET so as per bond I took 1 year training and then leave the job. #There are lot of things we can learn in Emerson. My manager, supervisor sir, experienced worker gave lot of technical and non technical information. Most difficult task is manpower handling and nobody teach me how to handle it but at the end of shift many times I achieved all production related targets # I conflict with workers regarding their lunch time and careless attitude regarding work and time at time manger support me. # Company provide us traveling facility. # Work environment is very good because our department won 5S championship. #I worked operation combination project for productivity improvement. #I am happy to work with Emerson Company.

#As compared to work and responsibilities salary is less because I successfully handle single shift of machine shop. #There is politics present in upper management level and at Shop floor level but I am not gave more attention towards politics.

Bad Salary, poor increment, Mental harassment if you are junior level, Higher management supports only senior persons every time, they even don't want to listen the junior employee's side. Toxic work environment. If you are a junior and you are doing good than it is your job nothing special in this. But for seniors everything comes in outstanding category.

Good, normal salary, no micromanagement (most of the teams), located in taramani easily connected to city, food was average, culture, ethics all good, Saturday and Sunday off.

Some teams have micromanagement, salary not as expected, hikes also normal, not many recognition programs etc.,
