Management at India office is a joke and everything is decided from US HQ. Too much micro management and there is no work life balance. Expectation is that you will be in standby 24hrs Lack of transperancy and incompetant managers thinking of themselves as god and non technical AVPs(thinking of themselves as very technical) are blindly following managers to save their a**. Don't waste your time here.

I love how friendly the management is and to be honest there is no work pressure in this company. We just have to make sure that work given to us is completed. I had to quit due to personal reasons but loved working here. Would surely recommend

They are very disrespective while having any conversations and indian Manager especially he feels like he is our relative speaks to us in a very disrespective way saying all crap.

At first the incentive plan then it got adulterated by the management.

Dislikes

Copart, Cash for cars was a great process until a particular manager joined. Management it's the same as per any company. They steal your hard earned money by changing the incentive plan monthly. Since the director is a muslim, mostly Muslims get promoted. They don't have any good trainers for training or knowledge transfer, HR is powerless before the corrupt management. Not a company to give your skills and time.
