The management will not communicate properly for important work sometimes.

The learning curve is amazing along with Work Life Balance. We are always updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features along with being active part of DevOps ecosystem is a huge bonus. You are always encouraged to learn , strive and better yourself everyday.

Dislikes

Though you are paid as per market standards, a better hike/ appraisal and competitive salary could boost the employees.

Likes

Even though we work virtually we are able to connect with each other on a professional as well as personal level. The company plans for conferences where we all meet as a team and get to know each other's roles and responsibilities.

Dislikes

I do not dislike anything specific. However, I would appreciate that they plan ahead when setting up conferences abroad as we spend lot of time in Visa process. It comes as a big disappointment when your Visa is not approved after all the hard work to get one.

Likes

Working here is really awesome as Copado provides great work life balance with amazing employee perks and benefits. It also provides a great platform to grow professionally by allowing it's employees to complete certification or training courses on company's cost. I feel privilege to work here.

Dislikes

Honestly I don't recall any single day from last 3 years when I felt like why I am here. It is always great to be here.
