Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Training was average . Job security was good

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

...ide environment. Career growth was badly affected due to poor growth of college. Salary given was 50 % lower than my counterparts in other colleges. The working environment was effected with politics. There was total mis-management by board of directors. There was no proper dress code for students and ladies. The hostel environment was not proper. Hence, the discipline was effected.

This is only one of engineering college .. in Kodagu .. Im one of senior technical person. nice to work less work load and my colleagues come fro various cultural backgrounds adn we work happily in collaboration
