Good supportive staff at workplace & salary is upto the mark as per tier III city. As company is located in satara easy to commute.

Salary structure & growth rate. outsider employee has given much importance than local employee.

Politics/management is third class. if anybody is joining in middle or senior management team it will be like hell for him/her. Here nobody talks about growth of company, everybody is in race to secure his job. Chatu people will stay here longer.

No likes. HR department is horrible. No support. Sales Manager has to achieve thier target through their own.

They will cut the salary and expanses when you leave the company. So called non sense policy

Work life balance is really good. Freedom for implementing new ideas. Top management is supportive. Teammates are supportive. You get to learn lots of new things while working here.

Dislikes

HR policies are not good. Appraisals are unfair. Do not expect hike every year. Lots of deduction in salary due to variables in CTC.
